Just a Note to Brighten Your Day... Merry & Bright

Sometimes I like to take a themed stamp set and create something so different from what a lot of people may see as possibilities for that set.

Merry & Bright is one of those sets.

Christmas themed, yes, but it has some great bones for creating endless non-Christmas themed cards, too.

On my card, I stamped the circle shape with Sorbet pigment ink onto Champagne cardstock, then sprinkled Clear Detail embossing powder over top and heat set the ink and powder.

The rest of the card is pretty straight forward.  ;)

Happy creating!  :)

Supplies used all CTMH (unless otherwise noted):
Paper:  Sorbet, Whisper, Colonial White CS
Stamps:  Merry & Bright, Card Chatter - Sympathy
Inks:  Sorbet, Slate, Whisper
Embellishments:  Mocha Opaques, Flutter Paper butterfly, Silver trim, Stardust Glitz Glitter gel
Other:  Make It From Your Heart, 3D foam tape, Sponge, Seeing Spots Cuttlebug embossing folder (Provo Craft)

  3. Oh Vicki, this is so pretty. I too like to see what I can create off theme of the stamp and you've hit a home run with this one. I may lift it for my upcoming class with Merry and Bright!
