... to build another fire in the fireplace.
It's been snowing for about 2 weeks straight now, more or less... I'm losing track.
It's supposed to keep snowing for goodness only knows how long.
And we are soooo over it. lol
You can see that overnight, there is now a layer covering the lake, so it's gonna freeze over soon.
Keep warm & happy creating! :)
Right now the snow seems preferable to the endless rain we are getting in Vancouver, and your fireplace sure looks warm and inviting!!! Keep crafting!
ReplyDeleteExact same kind of day we had here in Alberta. Grey and dreary and snowy. It looks very odd here because a lot of the trees still have leaves on them. On a positive note, we all got out of raking them this year! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful fireplace - how fortunate to have a lovely home and such a pretty view!
ReplyDeleteReally? Oh my goodness. We've had a lot of rain here, but not the *S* word yet. Stay warm, my crafty friend.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful snow picture! Love your view and glad you can enjoy your cozy fireplace!
ReplyDeleteOh how beautiful the snow, and the fire place. We have lots of snowmobiles! Last year we had no snow and couldn't use them :(. We have had no power since last night due to Sandy. So happy crafting to all!
ReplyDeleteThat is one very inviting looking fireplace! I'd have my knitting in that basket beside it :o) Does the snow have you cranking out the Christmas cards? Some years we don't get much snow in Ontario until mid December, and finding that festive inspiration can be hard!
ReplyDeletewhat a gorgeous picture although I would not want the snow yet :-) no wonder you are a crafter (inside so much!!) I heard BC got an earthquake the other day . . .
ReplyDeleteI am jealous. I'd love to have that for about two weeks. I live in Alabama, US and we rarely ever see the white stuff falling! Even when it does, it snows just enough that you can barely see the grass... I like to experience that for a short time, but I do think I would get tired of it. Happy creating! And keep warm!
