Hello Lovely Stationery Box

I have seen these Stationery Boxes over the years, but have never made one, until now.

I used the new CTMH Hello Lovely papers for this set.

Love how it turned out!

You can find the instructional videos by Dannie Graves here:  Part 1 and Part 2.

I also came across a printable PDF file by Jackie Topa here.

Happy creating!  :)

December 25th Gift Tag

I thought I had already shared this, but I glanced through my blog and see that I hadn't.

I made this Christmas Gift Tag back in September, using the woodgrain paper from Dakota, and the green patterned paper from Avonlea.

I cut the shape of the tree using the Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge.

And the December 25 images came from a set called Capture the Date, which is this month's Stamp of the Month.

Happy creating!  :)

Christmas Gift Tags and Box

I had to make one of these after seeing LeeAnn's project HERE along with instructions on how to make your own. I just got the Just for the Holidays stamp set by CTMH on Monday, which was perfect for this project to make the tags with. Although you can't see it in my pictures, I made 16 tags, using most of the stamps in the 17 piece set at least once. I also punched a 1 1/2" circle out of White Daisy CS, and stamped the TO: and FROM: in Chocolate ink on each one and adhered them to the back of each of the tags.

This project will likely go into my Doorprize pile, too. :)

Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted): Just for the Holidays stamp set; Chocolate, White Daisy, Cranberry and Olive CS; Chocolate, Cranberry and Olive inks; Olive grosgrain; Adhesive Pearl; Acetate (other); Silver cording (other); Hole punch (Fiskars); 1/2", 3/4", 5/8", 1", 1 1/2" circle punches (EK Success); Scallop circle punch (SU); Scallop edge punch (SU).
