Okay, so there is a card on page 96 of the current CTMH Annual Inspirations catalog
that caught my eye. I love the layout design of it.
So I used the same design but switched out the papers and stamp to create this Christmas card.
I used a snowflake punch with our silver glitter paper,
and I colored some clear sparkles with a Cranberry marker.
Everything else is pretty straight forward. ;)
Happy creating! :)
Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted):
Paper: Snowhaven; White Diasy CS; Silver Glitter Paper
Stamp: Merriest Christmas
Ink: Black
Marker: Cranberry - retired
Embellishments: Clear Sparkles
Other: Micro-tip Scissors, 3D foam tape, Snowflake punch (MS)

Such a beautiful card- you had me flicking through the catalogue and now I am inspired to try this layout too!
Just gorgeous, Vicki! That black is really striking.
I've been a lurker for quite some time, Vicki! This paper packet wasn't my favorite at first, honestly, but the more I'm playing with it, the more I find it striking. Your idea of adding the silver glitter paper is a fantastic one! Yuletide wasn't a favorite, either, but as I said with the Snowhaven, it's very pretty the more I play with it. I don't see anything wrong with using another's basic card idea. I think that taking the basic idea is no different than using the sketches from our books we offer. I don't think it's necessary to use it verbatim, though. Make it your own! I love this card, Vicki! Kudos!
