Hello World... Pocket Scapbooking

I made these, oh probably a month or so ago.

Just getting around to sharing them now.

They are comprised of a real hodge podge of products.  ;)

Some of the inserts are CTMH Picture My Life Wanderful cards.

Some are We R Memory Keepers Project Life cards.

Some are ones I made using CTMH Paper Fundamentals papers.

Add a few stamps + embellishments = super cute layout.

Now it just needs some photos printed in black and white.

Paradise Found Layout and Picture My Life Layout with Surf's Up

This past weekend I attended a scrapbooking retreat out at Camp Sagitawa at Moberly Lake, which was put on by my new upline, Charity Lindberg.

(Those of us CTMH Consultants who had Corporate as an upline, were given new uplines on April 1st, and luckily for me, Charity lives only about an hour away from me.  Awesome!)

Over the next while, I will be sharing everything I created at the retreat.

I will start with this layout...

The photos are from when we went to Disney World last year for Convention.  While I was busy for a few days, Lee took Cole and Alyssa to the Disney waterparks.  This day they were at Typhoon Lagoon.

I used retired Surf's Up paper and MyStickease, and I added some Crystal Blue, Sorbet and Chocolate cardstock, and a light tan patterned cardstock from the new Paper Fundamentals pack.

You may have noticed my journaling card I used in the above photo. 

It is a card from the Surf's Up Picture My Life kit.

(These cards can be used for other things than just pocket-style scrapbooking.  Think of using them for journaling on traditional layouts, or even on cards and 3D projects.)

And speaking of Picture My Life...

I made these pages to work with my first layout.  I had lots of pictures from that day (that Lee actually took... he totally gets that I need lots of photos for scrapbooking with!), so these pocket pages worked perfectly.

What a fast and easy way to scrapbook!

(I just would like to add a little more embellishing and my journaling.)
