What a gorgeous card! Thanks for the constant inspiration...I can't wait to see what you come up with next. And your new house plans, I'm green with envy! My hubby and I are saving up for a new house ourselves. I can't wait to have my own scrap space again. ;)

I love the black stitching! Is it a stamp or did you do it by hand?
Thanks so much for playing with us this week at Stampin' Royalty!

Sabriena, the stitching is a stamp from the Togetherness set. ;)

Beautiful card. You used a wonderful quote! I also noticed your new house plans...stunning! One more thing: Love the song, Believe! Great way to start my day and in preparation for tonite's opening ceremonies.

How sweet, I don't have that stamp with the stitching, but after seeing all your awesome work I may have to get it!
