So in the Summer Idea Book (which goes live on May 1st) there are 4 new paper packs. Passages happens to be my least fave of the new 4 (there's always a least fave, right?). So what better way to change my own mind than to play with it? That's exactly what I did today. I'm liking it so much more now... {{grin}}
For the pop of green, I used a B&T from another new pack called Splendor. Always gotta mix it up!
I also inked up a new stamp set called X-Treme... love it! I know SU has some similar sets, and honestly I had been purchasing some of them because CTMH was lacking anything similar... until NOW. I LOVE this set, it's a must-have for the young men in our lives (maybe even the ones that are a little older, too... lol).
Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted):
Paper: Bamboo CS; Passages B&T, Splendor B&T
Stamps: X-Treme, You Rock, Lifetime, Candlelight, Say It In Style
Inks: Versamark, Black, Cocoa
Embellishments: Bamboo brads, Antique Copper brads and bigger brads, Bamboo arrow photo clip
Other: Clear detail embossing powder
Punches: Binder edge (EK), Star and Large Star (SU)
Tools: Paper piercer, Craft heater
