1st non-winning MIFYH Contest entry

Well I decided to post my non-winning Make It From Your Heart Contest entries starting with my cards.  After cards, I'll post my layouts, and then lastly any 3D items.

~~~~~~~
This was actually the 1st of my projects I created for the contest.
I think she's pretty, even though she didn't win.  haha
(on a side note, she did win at the local fall fair in August)
I covered the zebra pattern B&T and the smaller heart shape with a mixture of Prisma Glitter and clear embossing powder for a litle extra ooh-la-la.  ;)
I'll have another non-winning card to share with you tomorrow.
Happy creating!  :)
Supplies (all CTMH):
Paper:  Roxie B&Ts; Black, Desert Sand, Colonial White CS
Stamp:  Mad About You - Dec. SOTM
Inks:  Black, Chocolate, Versamark
Embellishments:  Black stitched grosgrain, Clear Sparkles, Bitty Sparkles, Heirloom Assortment, Milepost Shapes, DE Hearts
Other:  Clear Detail embossing powder, Prisma Glitter, Sponge, Micro-tip Scissors
I love this card. The "winners" must have been fabulous if this one didn't make it.
Wow, it is a winner in my eyes! What a beautiful card. I'm sure you provided so many beauties, they had a hard time choosing!
