Build-a-Cake Money Holder Birthday Card

Cole was invited to a birthday this past weekend.

I find it is easiest to give money or gift cards to people we don't know well enough to know exactly what they would like, so I made a tall birthday card so he could gift her some cold hard cash.

I used Heartstrings and Hopscotch papers, and the Build-a-Cake stamp set.

On the inside I created a simple pocket to hold the money,
and used the Belated Birthday stamp for the sentiment.

Happy creating!  :)

Supplies used are all CTMH:
Paper:  Heartstrings, Hopscotch; White Daisy, Flaxen CS; Blue Glitter paper
Stamps:  Build-a-Cake, Belated Birthday
Inks:  Black, Flaxen, Glacier, Lagoon
Embellishments:  Black Enamel Stars, Clear Sparkle, Teal Shimmer Trim
Other:  Black Journal Pen, 3D foam tape

Oooo, love this card! It's a great design, a nice change from the 4 x 5 1/2 inch size, and not too difficult for someone new to stamping to complete. Thanks for the great idea!
