The start of a new month, always means there is a new Close To My Heart Stamp of the Month.
February's SOTM is a set called A Happy Hello!
I used papers from the Seaside paper packet, and added some
Aqua Dots in the centers of my main flowers.
I created this card for a CTMH Team Challenge on our team's Facebook page.
I love playing along with challenges, as they always give me a great starting point in my paper crafting.

Supplies used are all CTMH (unless otherwise noted):
Paper: Seaside; Colonial White CS
Stamp: A Happy Hello! - Feb. SOTM
Inks: Glacier, Lagoon, Juniper, Black
Embellishments: Aqua Dots
Punches: 3/4", 1 1/8", and 1 3/4" circle (EK)
Other: 3D foam tape
