I'm trying to make some more masculine cards to build up my stash, and this is what I came up with.
I used my scrapbooking hammer (a tool that never gets used anymore) to hammer the silver brads so they aren't so perfectly smooth. Cool technique.
And it doesn't ever show up well in photos, but I used a mixture of clear embossing powder and prisma glitter on the guitar. It adds a great oil-spill sheen to the guitar. Totally rockin'-cool! ;)
Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted):
Stamps: You Rock, Dude (retired) Papers: You Rock B&Ts, Outdoor Denim, Grey Wool, Goldrush CS
Inks: Outdoor Denim, Olive, Versamark
Powders: Clear embossing powder, Prisma Glitter
Embellishments: Silver bigger brads
Tools: Coluzzle, Cuttlebug Diamond Plate embossing folder, Cuttlebug, Micro-tip scissors, Craft Heater, Hammer, Paper piercer
Adhesive: Tombo Mono Multi, 3D foam tape

I knew the Cuttlebug Diamond Plate was a winner when I purchased it a few months back...now I need to put mine to use. Thanks for the inspiration!
