Embellishment: White organdy
Embossing: Petals A Plenty (Sizzix - SU)
Punches: Apron Lace edge (Fiskars)
Tools: Embossing stylus, Micro-tip Scissors,
Adhesive: Tombo Mono Multi (LSS), 3D foam tape (dollar store)

Wow, Vicki - what a beautiful card! It may look "white" but there is so much detail in the layers and embossing - it's just stunning!
