Hello Sunshine Mini Flip Album... using up some Splendor

I was very inspired by this Mini Flip Album by Mary Gunn.

I was looking for something to make for the Mom of a little guy I just recently started doing daycare for.  Mary's mini was the perfect idea, and this one that I made will be his gift to his Mommy for Mother's Day.

This is what the 6x6 Mini Flip Album looks like closed:

Then you unfasten the loop around the button and flip it open once to reveal this:

Then flip the right side over one more time to reveal this:

Now each of these sections hide even more fun.

The far left one opens up to reveal this:
(sorry but I had to blur out the photos of the little guy)

The middle one opens up to reveal this:

And the far right one opens up to reveal this:

Now I had too many photos that I wanted to use, so I created an accordion-style pull-out and filled both sides of it with snapshots of this adorable little man:

It really didn't take very long to throw together.
I was happy about that.  ;)

And overall, I think it turned out pretty cute!
I think his Mom will love it.

Just in case anyone was wondering, the sun on the front cover was hand cut, and I just drew the lines onto it with a black journalling pen.

The Splendor paper pack I used was retired quite a while ago.
Just trying to use up some of my stash.

Happy creating!  :)

Supplies used (all CTMH unless otherwise noted):
Paper:  Splendor B&Ts - retired; Colonial White, Topiary, Moonstruck, Goldrush CS
Embellishments:  Splendor MyStickease - retired, Heavenly Blue button, Yellow baker's twine
Other:  Mini Round Tab punch (McGill), Black journal pen, Micro-tip scissors, Velcro dot (Velcro), Blue thread (other)
