Jungle Gym Layout with Scholastic

Here's a layout I did earlier this month.

It is of my son and a girl I used to do daycare for many years ago.

They used to enjoy playing outside on the old Jungle Gym.

Since she is not my child, I hid her identity with little red hearts for purposes of sharing my layout, but of course the hearts aren't on my actual layout.  ;)

The layout design I used for this layout came from one I saw on a fellow Consultant Krista's blog on this post, 4th photo from the bottom.

I love to use 4x6 sized photos in layouts as often as I can, as I have sooooo many photos already printed in that size sitting in photo boxes from over the years (pre-digital camera) that I need to scrapbook.

Happy creating!  :)

Supplies used all CTMH (unless otherwise noted):
Paper:  Scholastic B&Ts; Cranberry, Outdoor Denim, Colonial White, Saddle CS
Stamp:  Backgrounds and Borders - retired
Ink:  Saddle
Embellishments:  Canvas Alphabet, Cranberry baker's twine, Pin Clip, Milepost Shapes star, Durables Studs Square Antiqued Gold, Durables Studs Round Pewter, Journaling card (Little Yellow Bicycle)
Other:  Sponge, Bone folder, Sanding block

Love this! I am enjoying seeing creations with Scholastic that aren't necessarily school-related. :) Have a happy week, Miss Vicki!

Hi Vicki! Love this layout! Your work is always very inspiring to me. Is the "What I Remember" journal box a stamp set??
