This card is actually very shimmery, but it just doesn't show up in the picture.
I random stamped the snowflakes from the Snowflakes stamp set using Versamark ink, then sprinkled a 50/50 mixture of White Embossing powder and Prisma Glitter over top.
I tapped off the excess powder, then heat set the snowflakes.
The powder melts and traps the glitter so it won't flake off.
It's so very pretty.
Try it yourself and see.
