Happy Birthday Balloon

I saw this card on Pinterest a while back and thought it was so simply cute.

Just had to re-create it using CTMH Sunset Paper Fundamentals paper.

To cut the balloon shape, I used an old Coluzzle circle and cut the circle shape, leaving a little gap where I didn't cut it, so I could hand-cut the bottom part of the balloon.

I popped up the bottom portion of the balloon with 3D foam tape, and left the top flush with the card.
Gives it a little dimension.

Happy creating!  :)

Supplies used are all CTMH:
Paper:  Sunset Paper Fundamentals; White Daisy CS
Stamp:  Joyful Birthday
Ink:  Slate
Embellishments:  Sorbet 3D Heart, Grey Baker's Twine - retired
Other:  Circle Coluzzle - retired, Micro-tip scissors, 3D foam tape

Love this card, Vicki! Just so you know, I totally copied one of your cards (to the best of my ability) and posted it with a link to your blog. I gave you total credit for it ( if only they knew how much I depend on you for ideas!)!!!!!!
I am doing a card class that the proceeds are for charity. Hope you don't mind.
Hugs!
